2019 - Ray continues scaming people
While Ray was released in 2014 he continues to scam people. It seems like his latest scam is that he's dying of cancer (nope!) in the Phoenix, AZ area. Multiple of his victims have reached out to us to let us know he continues to target people in the area. He even went on a podcast to talk about his (fake) cancer. Facebook capture #1 #2
